In partnership with the retail industry team, we designed and developed a machine learning-powered smart mirror that demonstrates the potential of Google’s industry-leading machine learning and data analytics solutions.
The customer-facing experience features an accessible context: shopping for sunglasses. As customers try on different pairs of glasses, the mirror reveals product details and real-time customer reviews and recommendations.
The store employee dashboard delivers real-time insights from the customer session including product popularity, emotion, and traffic visualizations. With this insight, store employees can initiate conversations with customers that are more pointed and meaningful.
